As per Yukon's Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Act section 12, organizations are required to have a formal safety program if they have a workforce of 20, or have a workplace that is classified as an "A" or "B" hazard (OHS Regulations part 18, schedule 1), or are instructed by the regulator.
